Whitewater Mountain Water Park – General Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these rules while visiting the water park:
General Conduct
❌ No running on pool decks or walkways.
❌ No rough play, horseplay, or inappropriate behavior.
✔️ Follow all lifeguard and staff instructions at all times.
❌ Swearing or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the park.
✔️ Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
❌ Diving is not permitted in any pool or water attraction.
Food & Drink
❌ No outside food, drinks, coolers, or lunch boxes are allowed inside the water park.
✔️ Food and beverages are available for purchase at designated concessions.
Health & Safety
✔️ Shower before entering pools.
✔️ Proper swimwear is required (no jeans, cut-offs, or clothing with rivets/zippers).
✔️ Swim diapers are required for all children who are not fully potty trained.
❌ Do not use attractions if you are experiencing diarrhea or have had it in the past 14 days.
❌ No glass containers of any kind are allowed.
Attractions & Equipment
✔️ All height and weight restrictions for slides and attractions must be followed.
✔️ Life jackets are available and recommended for weak or non-swimmers.
Other Policies
✔️ Re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband. Wristbands must remain on at all times.
✔️ Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.
✔️ Locker rentals are available—please secure your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
